As Research Specialist since 2016, Dr. Mei-Kuang Chen oversees evaluation and research activities of the HealthCare Partnership, including data collection methods, instrument design, and report dissemination for the Tobacco Dependence Treatment Continuing Education and Certification programs. She supervises the data entry process to verify data and maintain data sets, assuring quality control of data management, and managing data files. Dr. Chen collaborates closely with the HCP team to assure the provision of reports in accordance with contract terms and deliverables.
